I bought some dessicant from a hobby store--Hobby Lobby. It was packaged as flower drying crystals. Just put it in a small paper sack that "breathes" and place it in your container.

I have a few big bags made by "Desi Pak". If you want I will ship them to you if you pay shipping.
The bags are about 10" long 6" wide and are about 5 pounds each. I have about 8 of them. I get them for free on occasion. Samuel |

The best place I know is a boating supply store (i.e., "ship's store" for you salty nautical types).

ammo boxes- OK.
I have "heard" dessicant is insufficient for safes. Consider getting a goldenrod or some low watt lights |

Coffee filters seem to work well to hold the powder. |
