I broke a chunk of almunium off my paintball gun.   I need this part to stick back into place.  How can I make two pieces of aluminum stick together?

post a pic.

jb weld (for ass clowns)
maybe drill and pin (don't know, haven't seen it)?
weld it, or find someone with the right equipment to.

wasnt knocking people who posted "jb weld" used it many times, but when i see a lump of jb on something, i think 1) person is abusive to equipemnt, 2)person is not patient/had no other choice/cant do it right.  but i have HAD to use it before.

Go to a local machine shop and find the scruffiest old man in the back and give him 20$ to tig weld it for you.  I wouldn't use JB Weld on anthing you value.

TIG is the only way to fly. If you post pics, I may be able to help.

Tig it, don't Mig it, Mig is too high temp for aluminum. What part is it? You really might be better off just to replace it.

Depends on the size and thickness of the piece.  But campy is correct, either process could work fine.

IMO sounds like a pretty easy job 5 min and 10-20 bucks at the local weldshop  and your good to go.

but honestly id recomend tig its a lot more precise and the end result will look better. (but it might cost you a bit more)

"...you got to mig it, before you tig it, got to get it soft and wet before you stick it..."

Have it tig welded like others have said.

If I understand correctly it is the tube the paintball must follow to the gun and it should be smooth. If the tube is to be welded make sure the welder knows the INSIDE of the tube must remain smooth and blemish free. He can vary the depth of the bead and error on light rather than a weld that could pass all the way thru. Depending on the thickness of the metal this may not be possible and you will need to sand/file/grind the inside to get it smooth again
