That site leaves out the entire story behind each vote. Maybe he voted against a weapon system at one time, but later voted for it after some reasonable change was made to the bill. I'm not a Kerry fan in any way, but if I'm going to start quoting their data as fact I want to know the entire story.

Kerry must have flipp-flopped his position on each of the votes at least one time...
