I didnt think it would be this bad already. My trailer park is basically at a giant dead end on the far side of the airport. If you arent a skydiver you dont belong here and are easily spotted.
Just now I heard a truck pull up so took a walk outside and saw a black truck with flames on the side that didnt belong. When they saw me they beat it out of here. I talked to my buddy earlier and he ran somebody off ealier today. Fuckers.

Heard some trucks about so I walked the park. Right now there's only a few of us still here but the truck turned out to be my friend. Talked to another guy who is up closer to the entrance and he's run someone off as well. That makes three so far. Looks like we have to patrol untill the SHTF.

Recently we've been having car break-ins from those on "the other side of the tracks". The cul de sac behind us got hit last night - our street (not my house) got hit two weeks ago. We've had a couple bands and some wicked wind come through. We've had power interuptions twice already tonight. My neighbors and I have a rotation worked out for the weekend. There will be no looting. Luck Cap! |

I'm not in a regular trailer. Its a high end fifth wheel, built very strong and designed for sustained highway speed winds. I'm tied down pretty good as well, with anchors every six feet. If I dont lose a window or get hit by a tornado, I should be good to go. My bug out spot is only a few hundred yards away if I need it.

Get or make some spike strips, find other guys in the park who are "like minded" and set those fuckers up for the cops. If they come back in the same van, have the strip prepositioned so you can pull it across the stree on a line/rope withouth drawing attention to your position. Let them leave with something, otherwise you have no reason to do anything and you'll probably be hit with assault or vandalism charges rather than being a good samaritan. Get your budy to watch your six and some others to watch your 3 and 9 if you think there might be a major conflict.
If you get in trouble just use the zombie defense. "I thought it was the apocalypse".

I saw several hoop-des cruising my neighborhood the day before I left town. I know for a fact they were cruising around looking to see who might be leaving. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to return to no more big screen, no more computers, and no more cameras.

We're in Zephyrhills and there's only 28 homes in the park and its easily defended with only one entrance. Thanks for the offer and if we need help I'll definitely be in touch. The three of us left have it covered for now. Its starting to rain so I'm gonna throw on my poncho and take a look now. |

They also come in black, but the places that carry it want $40-50 more. This past week I have been reading, "Fight at Night," by Andy Stanford. It's a good book, but he does not think much of night vision. After reading SteyrAUGs post I want cheap NV too.

Walmarts were closing out their NightOwl nocx3's for ~$100 the past few weeks (Gen1 monocular) - not the best in the world but better than nothing (haven't tried Gen III's but hear there is a lot of difference - still, for $100...) |
