I don't know if they say 1991 but last time I checked cdnn http://cdnninvestments.com/magazines1.html had colt stainless 7 rnders.

No, he means a 1991A1, series 80 model Colt .45ACP pistol.

The 8 round mags work fine in the 1991A1 too.  I used to have one.
