I've got an Ithaca Model 37 M & P, 7+1 shot, parkerized, without disconnector, in average to good condition, that it is time for a new home.  

1) What is is worth just selling it outright?

2) What is it worth as a trade-in to a dealer?

Depending on the price, I may put it on the EE.
