This is what I eat before I hit the gym:

Wheat noodles with asparagus, yellow squash, onions, carrots and cauliflower.
Flavored with soy sauce, tobasco, beef broth and fresh cracked pepper.

Spyderco popo
Ice water

Plus a couple little gadgets.
