I don't think I fully understand the Campaign Finance Reform law.  Does this law prohibit me from my Constitutional right to free speech?

Am I understanding correctly that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that this law did not violate my First Amendment right?

Is it true that I will be charged with a crime for merely speaking in public?  Or do I have this all wrong?

Please educate me.

If this is indeed a fact, then I want to know exactly what someone needs to do in order to violate this law.
