Think about it, some people want to raise the driving age since youth are at a higher risk of getting into accidents.  Old people are also at higher risk so maybe we should ban them from driving to.  Hey wait a second, according to statistics, men are unsafe drivers compared to women (but you'd never guess from watching a girl drive ) so maybe we should ban men from driving.  So should driving be reserved for 21-70 year old women? after all it is only a privilege is it not?
