MOSCOW (AP) - Police said an explosion in a car near a Moscow subway station Tuesday killed eight people and injured at least 10 others as it shattered doors and windows in the station vestibule, Russians news agencies reported.

Police said the explosion was adjacent to the Rizhskaya subway station in northeast Moscow, the agencies said.

A duty officer at the Federal Security Service's Moscow branch confirmed that there was an explosion and there were injuries.

The blast occurred a week after two Russian plassenger planes crashed minutes apart, brought down by explosions believed brought on board by Chechen suicide bombers.

ETA:  You know, a lot of black helicopter paranoid nutcases kept saying how our government was using terrorism to set up a dictatorship.  They were obviously and laughably wrong here, but I think there is a distinct possibility of that exact scenario happening in Russia.  We might be looking at the birth of a new Russian Empire.

Or conversely, we might be looking at the birth of a new way of dealing with muslim scumbags, namely killing, torturing and hunting them down without worries of a USC.  I'd say the muslims in Russia are about to find out what the definition of "fuct" is.  

Russia will shortly be on board with the US's war on terror like never before.  They'll probably commit "atrocities" against these muslim maggots in an attempt to route them out.  Lets hope our government takes notes.
