I see mountains, I dont think there is much muff diving for a guy with that background and those shoulder tabs. Actually, I know there isnt.

We wont shoot you in your sleep, but....

I believe after 10 years in the Army I only saw no more than 4 or 5 Scuba bubbles. Apparently the school is pretty tough.
Me, I'd rather dig. Rooting around in the water is kinda slow.

Bubbleheads in the Army?

Who da' thunk it?

Takes a multi-skilled mf to be an Army of One.

That's one of the hardest, if not THE hardest "scare me" badge to get in the Army...

I saw several guys with them...ALL at Ft. Bragg.

Is the Army Diver's School comparable to the Navy's SEAL/combat swimmer program in terms of mission?  I.E. do the operator's, once qualified, have similiar missions?

For SF it may be, but for regular Army divers it is not, they just do salvage, recon ETC.

I took a short class with a SFC here at Ft Leonard Wood who is a diving instructor, he says they may have a  very low pass rate going through the school, or even making it to it.

SF has SCUBA teams, as well as HALO, mountain, ruck, and CIF among others.
