What is the oddest, most exotic, or otherwise most unusual recipe you have ever cooked?

Personally, mine is a flourless chocolate-chili cake. You put in about three tablespoons dried, powdered ancho pepper. It's just got a mild, spicy tingle. Very interesting. Emeril made it on one of his shows a couple weeks ago.

And, since I've run out of aspirin, and am low on advil, please refrain from stating the word "Pie" in this thread. Unless you actually baked something like a pie. In which case, go right ahead. Otherwise, I shall be most unhappy.

When I was dating my future wife I went over for dinner. After dinner I was informed we were having sour cream pie. I was like, WTF?! Sour cream pie? Yes indeed, and damn, it was good. Very rich though.
