In ALL cases, the REBELS FAILEDHOWEVER we can accomplish a 'revolution' of sorts thru the political process, IF the scale tips far enough left or right...
For example, *IF* Bush wins and we get 5-6 additional GOP senators, you will see a 'revolution' start as GW packs the courts with conservative judges.
Or *IF* Kerry wins and the GOP looses congress, the same will happen in the other direction...
BUT if *any* group starts a 'popular revolt', the military/national guard/police will grind them into the ground...
And that's the way it's got to be, unless you like living in a 'Bananna Republic'The US (or any country, for that matter) cannot maintain it's international position & economic stability if it's govt is susceptable to violent overthrow.
That
is for piss-ant 3rd world nations (like we used to be back pre-Civil-War), not for the pre-eminent world power....
