I have been a lurker on this board for a long time, since 98-99.
I have a question.  Does anyone remember OneshotOneKill from upstate New York?  He got arrested Halloween 2001 for having his AR-15 in his trunk when taking his kids trick or treating-mistake #1.  Cops over reacted and he gave them permission to search his house-mistake #2.  They found a stun gun illegal in NY???

Did that work itself out or is he sitting in some state prison right now when real criminals are set free all of the time in NY because they don't make the mistake of being able to protect themselves in the socialist utopia that is NY?

If I remember correctly he did manage to get his AR back and did so without getting his ass in a sling but he ended up being jacked around by the DA pretty badly before they finally gave up.

I recall a few posts from him after, but nothing recently.
