All I could think of so far is a B-day cake decorated like a bullseye tgt.  Wife is starting to worry that I will be slipping NRA stickers in the goodie bags.


Maybe I'll let the kids shoot clay pigeons with the bb gun ?

You can have her help you put together your toys.  She needs to be educated on the proper techniques of AR building.  Plus it's  a good father/daughter activity.

My daughter's birthday is also 9-14,  i think i'll get her a Bushy LEO carbine with all evil features, she'll be 9.
