Normal tax refund check is no big thing because I really know that it's my money and was expecting it. But to me this is totally unexpected and will seem like free money from the feds. So I've got to do something non-pc with it. I'm thinking I'm finally gonna get my assault-rifle/Kill-pistol/sniper-rifle/pocket-rocket-portable-clandestine-ammunition-manufacturing-plant going (lee kit).
And my ssn ends in 07 so I'll be one of the first! haHA. What you say? |
No idea how much it will be, but I'll probably throw it in my shhhh fund. (Supressor)
Definately go into my gun fund. Anyone know when they start mailing checks?
KP-95.
Checks shoud start mailing out soon. They are mailed out in order of your last 2 SS# digits. I hope they start at 00 and not save it for last. |
Handgun.
I haven't been able to keep up with the PRK's one-handgun-per-month requirement. |
Free money from the feds? That's just your money they're giving back to you.
Probably be getting (part of) a gun safe with mine. |
I must admit that I don't know exactly how much to expect....I haven't been keeping up on the story. Do any of you know how much you expect to get back in this windfall?
I suppose I would use it to get my property in better shape but.....in August I am planning a party....hmmmm.... depends on delivery of said windfall and amount. [rail]Railgun.... |
I beleive that it's $300 for an individual return and $600 for a married couple.
Mine's going to VISA. |

Speaking of checks . . . (eat your heart out) . . . the VA has finally decided that my 1989 claim for service connected disability is valid. I've been classed as 100% disabled and will be awarded disability compensation from the date of my claim (1989)--with interest.
I'm figuring it's going to be somewhere in the range of $200,000.oo (Two Hundred Thousand). ALSO, my annual income just about tripled. I'm buying a house in the boonies where I can shoot off the back porch. |
I am going to stockpile ammunition. Probably buy 2 or 3 cases of .223 55gr. FMJ.
Mine is going towards paying off a tax liability I owe money on. I wont get a check, Ill just get a receipt saying how much I would have gotten if I didnt owe the IRS money.
Seems weird to me though, I set up payment plans with interest and everything, for a set number of months/years. They still snag my tax returns and everything else before I get it, it seems to me if you make a payment plan that should be it and not take money elsewhere. I know the IRS is evil and all that, but it still seems strange. A bank doesnt do that to pay off your house or car loan. |
I may find an anti-tax organization to donate it to. It is not free money, it is just our overbloated socialist government raping me less. The tax cut needed to be 3.1 trillion or more.
I think it should go toward a lot of cheap Russian ammo. That's politically incorrect enough for me.

Make the first contribution to a friend of mine who is planning to run for county comissioner as a libertarian in the next election.

ok i get 600.00 back for me and my wife. Then next year we taxed on this as income. So we get to keep about 350.00 after taxes. Ummmm then the state gets its share on next years taxes so now we are around 250.00. maybe i'll buy a gallon of gasoline and call it even.
I am going to get a new folding chair and t.v. tray that I can take with me on item counting and wall staring activities.
Unfotunately for me, the question is, "What are the feds gonna do with the check from me?".
Yup, first year I actually owed. |

Need a GOOD spotting scope.
Not sure I'll be able to sneak THAT ONE past the wifey tho. Unka Sam done blew it for me, and announced on national news that I'd be getting that money. The wife is SURE to hear about it. [BD] |

Prolly buy something the feds don't want me to buy.[:D]

I'm going to donate it back to the Federal Government because they are smarter than me and know how to spend my money better.
bah-bah-BAAHHHH!!! (sound of sheep being "intruded"). |

If my wife lets me, (insert whipping sound) I'd like to get one of those AR15.com AR's. They look nice.

Well I'm thinking a RAS or maybe a bunch of Thermolds. Maybe a digital camera... .
So kinda toy ( I deserve it!). |

Wideners for IMI ss109, 1200 rds for $279 and a gallon of gas with the change.

Hmmmmmm [:\] Well since I put my name on the list for Armalite's new AR-180B and I'm married (might not be when I git the 180 [:D]}, Think I'll just use the $600.00 to purchase my new "kid"! [<]:)]

I'm going to buy some ale, and kick back with Bilbo and Frodo for awhile.
Balming |

Give it all back, and then some, in the form of other taxes. They're not returning my money, they're just recirculating it...
I already told my wife we are going to donate it to my "2002 LEGP Rifle" fund (What ever that will be). Wife has no problem with it.

"Birdwatching" trip to Costa Rica this fall. Anyone care to join me? Imbroglio? These are two legged birds...LOL.

First, I'll laugh at this so called tax relief. Then, I'll laugh even harder at the Democrats who said it was too big. Then, I'll buy some more ammo with it.
I see single folks get $300, married folks get $600, and single parents get $500...
Right now I'm married with 4 kids... Do I get extra for being married & having kids too ??? Or should my wife & I split up (each getting 2 kids) so we each get paid $500 ? [:)] If single parents get extra, then married parents should get extra too... This could mean the difference between me buying 1 new gun or...2 I would definately buy something the govt. didn't want me to have... (another evil black rifle & some more ammo)[:)] |
I think I'll donate it to the most conservative hard core Republican senate candidate I can find in FL. Then I'm going to spend every waking moment of my free time working for them so we can get rid of these worthless socialists currently in power. Still sitting on the fence after the last election? They almost got away with it.
