As you stumble back towards the front gate at Osan AFB in the RoK, you can stop at "Miss Lee McDonald's" and get a nice mystery burger with fried egg and cabbage, carrots and cucumber slices for only 1000 Won or about a $1.25, or maybe a nice bag of Yaki MonDu(fried rat dumplings) hmmmmmmmmmm good.    You know you are hammered when this is tasty, now where is that cab??

Pizza really works in not getting you drunk. Eat pizza while drinking; you can drink quite a bit before you get drunk. I think it's the pizza dough. That's just my experience.

When I'm drunk (not often), I eat like to eat steaks.

White Castles. Food of the Gods.
On a side question we dont have a Del Taco here in Inidana. My one and regretably only experiance with Del Taco happend to be many moons ago outside the gate of White AFB in Texas.  I still remember the burritos and Budwieser.  I always have known its a dead solid lock to make a bundle if they could open some in my neck of the woods.

+1 for White Castle

Completely loaded, walking through the drive up (with cars in front of and behind you), between the hours of 1AM and 5AM, paying in all quarters (the change left from the bar)

Too many classic stories about late night white castle drunken burger runs

I've always hated macaroni salad. But when I got drunk at my cousins wedding, I ate the whole bowl. Now I love it... Especially when I'm drunk.
Pizza's good too. Wish I had some now, all toppings - except pepperoni.

By tradition, it's Indian Curries/Balti.

I'm not entirely sure how it started, but the 'done thing' in the UK is that when you get plastered, you then go to a balti house for a vindaloo or some such very hot thing. Didn't do much for me, but I never was a slave to tradition.

Hashbrowns All The Way:  Cheese, ham, tomatos, onions, jalepanos, chili, cheese.

A Texas Cheesesteak or a Double cheeseburger with bacon.

I was going to say Indian food as well.  As far as how it started...in the UK, most pubs close around 11:00 or so (well, they used to...maybe they stay open later now).  Anyway, the only places open that were still serving food were the Indian restaraunts and a few Chinese places.  The Chinese ones that were open were usually pretty dreadful.  I used to hit the pub with my crazy ass cousin and his friends, and then we'd go for a curry.  It's the way to go.  Nothing like having a nice Vindaloo after an evening of adult libations.

Now mind you I've never had one but damn it just sounds like great drunk food.

The Fat Darrell ($4.75)
R.U. Grill & Pizza, New Brunswick, New Jersey
After last call, munchie-addled Rutgers kids mob College Avenue, where an army of “grease trucks” are parked 24/7. The Fat Darrell started in 1997 when, hungry and low on cash, student Darrell Butler begged the guy inside the R.U. Hungry truck to put everything he was craving—chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks with marinara, and French fries—on one roll. The next 10 people in line ordered it, too, and soon this arterial clusterfuck was the bestseller on campus, and R.U. got to move into a real live building. Now career-minded Rutgers grads have a place to eat and work! (142 Easton Ave., 732-828-1128; fatdarrell.com)

Of course if I'm totaly wasted drunk this one looks like it would work too

The Nuke ($5.75)
The Staggering Ox, Helena, Montana
“This is Montana, so we don’t have celebrities,” says Keith Clevenger, whose sandwich is famous in its own right. That’s ’cause it rolls Montana ham, roast beef, turkey, and three cheeses—topped off with cucumber-dill “camel spit.” The whole shebang is then shimmied into a beer cozy-esque Clubfoot Bun and served to grateful common folk. (400 Euclid, Lundy Center, 406-443-1729; staggeringox.com)

THan of course there is always PIE!!!!!!
