But in my neck of the woods you get drunk off your ass then you hit the 24 hr drive thru of Taco Bell and get Double decker taco's ....... |

As you stumble back towards the front gate at Osan AFB in the RoK, you can stop at "Miss Lee McDonald's" and get a nice mystery burger with fried egg and cabbage, carrots and cucumber slices for only 1000 Won or about a $1.25, or maybe a nice bag of Yaki MonDu(fried rat dumplings) hmmmmmmmmmm good. You know you are hammered when this is tasty, now where is that cab??
Wrong. We went to Del Taco in a taxi... |
A friend used to drive a limo for someone, we would get messed up and go around in it, every week it was someones turn to be the driver. Gets you strange looks at drivethrus |

Pizza really works in not getting you drunk. Eat pizza while drinking; you can drink quite a bit before you get drunk. I think it's the pizza dough. That's just my experience. When I'm drunk (not often), I eat like to eat steaks. |
Actually it's the grease. Any greasy food will inhibit alcohol absorption. |

Damnit! Now I want to go to IHOP! At school I live one block from an IHOP, but here...nowhere to be found. |
CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

White Castles. Food of the Gods.
On a side question we dont have a Del Taco here in Inidana. My one and regretably only experiance with Del Taco happend to be many moons ago outside the gate of White AFB in Texas. I still remember the burritos and Budwieser. I always have known its a dead solid lock to make a bundle if they could open some in my neck of the woods. |
+1 for White Castle
Completely loaded, walking through the drive up (with cars in front of and behind you), between the hours of 1AM and 5AM, paying in all quarters (the change left from the bar) Too many classic stories about late night white castle drunken burger runs |
We only have Krystal here, last order got soo fucked up for me they are off the list for awhile.
I've always hated macaroni salad. But when I got drunk at my cousins wedding, I ate the whole bowl. Now I love it... Especially when I'm drunk.
Pizza's good too. Wish I had some now, all toppings - except pepperoni. |
Only said it so you lot could get what I meant. They are only called fries at McDonalds. Everywhere else calls them chips |

By tradition, it's Indian Curries/Balti.
I'm not entirely sure how it started, but the 'done thing' in the UK is that when you get plastered, you then go to a balti house for a vindaloo or some such very hot thing. Didn't do much for me, but I never was a slave to tradition. NTM |
Waffle House.
Hashbrowns All The Way: Cheese, ham, tomatos, onions, jalepanos, chili, cheese. A Texas Cheesesteak or a Double cheeseburger with bacon. ohhhh yeah... |
I was going to say Indian food as well. As far as how it started...in the UK, most pubs close around 11:00 or so (well, they used to...maybe they stay open later now). Anyway, the only places open that were still serving food were the Indian restaraunts and a few Chinese places. The Chinese ones that were open were usually pretty dreadful. I used to hit the pub with my crazy ass cousin and his friends, and then we'd go for a curry. It's the way to go. Nothing like having a nice Vindaloo after an evening of adult libations. |

del taco is good, but those red peanuts at the bars were good |
