here's the recipe

For the Spanish rice:
cook some white rice
sautee some onions in a sauce pan
add tomato sauce
salt, pepper, sugar
add cilantro
let simmer for 5 minutes
add rice and then stir

For the chicken:
melt a little bit of butter/mardrin
pepper the bottom the pan
place chicken breast in
add lemon on top
pepper the top
cook for 5-7 minutes per side

Yes, for photographic quality/detail, it gets a 10.   Looks like it is from a magazine.  I will give it that!



but you should never rely on a safety to keep the gun from going off....
