Who is making the decisions over at team Kerry? First he comes out of hiding to go on Comedy Central’s self-proclaimed “fake news show” with Jon Stewart to field softball questions and giggle for 15 minutes with Jon Stewart. That poor decision accomplished nothing. Now Reuter’s news service is reporting that he is sending former Sen. Max Cleland of Georgia and former Army Green Beret Jim Rassman down to Crawford, Texas to deliver a letter protesting the ads to President George W. Bush.

[snip]

Is this really the same presidential candidate that proudly determined he was ready to fight these charges with his tired “Bring it On!’ mantra only two short days ago? Kerry makes it so easy to label him as an indecisive flip-flopper. In less than 48 hours, Kerry has gone from “Bring it On!” to “Make them Stop!”

Not only is Kerry sending the vets to Bush demanding he stop the ads but he's doing this at the same time MoveOn.org just announced they have 15 new ads bashing Bush that they will start running.  This also comes the day after Kerry said he's going to be a real candidate and not hide behind front groups like what Bush is doing.

The media plays all this information back to back and NEVER calls the Kerry campaign on it.  It's unbelievable what he is getting away with.

Even Fox News is doing this.  You would think they would at least have a little integrity and call the Kerry campaign on it and demand the to explain before they give them any more coverage.

I know this isn't the point of the thread, but you'd think that if somebody wanted to get ahold of Georgey they'd try knocking on his door out on Pennsylvania Ave rather than fly down to Crawford Texas, which is not his primary residence.

Unless you're just trying to attract cameras...
