Guess I have to fill you in.
That's a VF-211 F-14A-135-GR (Block 35) 162598. It suffered unspecified damage during AAR sortie over Texas in September 1997. The crew was able to recover aircraft safely to NAS Fort Worth JRB, but the aircraft was not repaired and has since been used for BDRT (battle damage repair training). Since it's in Texas, and since Lone Star is (was) a Texas beer, well, you can figure it out....
