A motorcycle forum I'm part of has a Newbie forum that all new people are expected to make their first post in. I think it is a good idea. Makes for a very welcoming environment.

As a protest I am thinking of starting a Saying Hi thread every morning.
I like new people just as much as the next guy, but come on.
I don't mind when new team members say hi, I mean at least they contributed.
Some of these new guys are not even posting in GD. They are all over the place.

hey wedge - you gonna make a new thread to give us advice on how to "pick" you up and then another on how you make your partners test for std's even though you don't use rubbers???

EDIT: wedge, you might want to go to the young misses department to get those puppies in a trainer. now i am going to have to go pluck my eyes out!

I might just do that... It seems to make for a long thread that gets locked.

If I remember right all you need to do is take a shower, and get a std test. Then you are in...
