you really need a cookie sheet to make cookies, it lets the air flow over the top providing superior cooking power to the top surfaces.

And, it lets you spread the cookies out more so they arent squished together.

I don't have a glass that has a mouth as wide as the mug.  Dunking, you know?

Yeah, the sheet's in a box somewhere and I haven't unpacked it yet.  But I had to use the dough so pyrex it was.  Field expedient and all that.
