There are only 2 "Pro gun" Democrats next year- Baucus and Nelson of NE.

And there are lot of RINOs like Chafee and Warner.

So just because the Republicans have the majority doesn't mean a thing.

They need a REAL majority.

We need to return to the original system in which US Senators were chosen by the State legislatures. Popular election of Senators has turned the selection of senators into national elections in terms of the use of out-of-state money.

Personally, I you should look at the person, and not what the party represents. The GOP has once told the gunners, "where else are they going to go?" that was back in the dark days of the Clinton rein. There are more than a few anti-gunners in the Republican party.

There is a whole boatload of them in the Dem party.
