I got the fender on the car and nearly got it back together.  Slack bastards never came up with a new one so I had to beat the old one with a hammer.  Also changed a headlight in a 2000 Celica (pain in the ass) plus new plug wires in te Trans Am.  Drank too much and got sick.

Didnt get to the range Sat someone dropped by and today I was still kinda sick

Anyone else get anything exciting done?

Went to the AIRSOFT store (Airsoft Extreme) to get my boy a new M4 carbine.

Oh yeah. Almost forgot. I broke up with my girlfriend!

Had a busy weekend!

I did a lot of mowing at the ranch.

We had one field that had not seen the shredder for over a year and the brush was taller than the tractor.  I got about 30+ acres taken care of this weekend.  Some had to be done in first gear since it was so thick.  Used a 15ft. Rhino shredder with a Ford 6600 series tractor.  Thas sucker sure was trying to over heat!

I also changed the blades on the smaller Bushhog mower.  It took an eight foot cheater bar and lots of WD-40 to break the nuts loose.

On the nature side, the field rats were running and the hawks and quite the meal.  My wife said I was the farmer on Secret of Nimb.

I went to my national guard drill. There we did a live fire excersize with unzeroed weapons. Nevertheless I still managed to kill every target presented to me, albeit I did use the three round burst function.

Uh, lets see... I got called in to work twice on Saturday. Once at 8:30am, got off at 4pm. Then again at 4:30pm, got off at 12:30am....

All I've done today is eat breakfast and dinner, watch a movie and smoke a cigar...

I think that puts my accomplishment list just above NOTHING for the weekend.

If I'm not working, I try very hard to do NOTHING on saturday and sunday.  Since the Jews think the Sabbath is Saturday, but the Christians seem to think Sunday is the day of rest - I figure I'll play it safe andand rest both days.  Don't want to piss off God!

Other than biking 40 miles on Saturday and Sunday, I pretty much did nothing at all.  Mission accomplished!

Did very minor maintenance at the ranch.  Cleaned the whitewalls on the HOG.  Shot some pool.  Mellow weekend, the calm before the storm.........

Washed the kitchen floor, cleaned the hamster's cage, cooked, washed dishes, washed clothes, fed the family, and made out all of my Christmas cards! I also did a little scrapbooking. My hub doesn't seem to understand why I want him to take me out someplace for a fun afternoon. I made out all of my Christmas cards for heaven's sake! I need to get out more.

I made out Christmas cards in August once, a friend died in early November and I was a pallbearer.

My wife got the cards out early December and mailed them, she forgot to take the one out for my dead friend. his family had mixed feelings over that one

I only have to preform two more miracle's and the Catholic church will have to call me a saint.

I introduced a noob to the wonderful world of gunz.  We expended countless hundreds of rounds of 9mm, .45, .223, .308, .22 LR, .410 and 12 ga. through more than a dozen guns.  Also burned up a few ounces of black powder (not in a firearm) and finished off the leftover fireworks from the 4th of July.

Got some great pics of BlammO Jr. shooting, then realized the the little rodent had his safety glasses on his hat instead of his eyes.    Terrible oversight -- bad BlammO!  Great pics, otherwise.

Drove to the Pocono Mountains with Mrs B and a recently married pair of friends.  It's near Mrs Friend's birthday, so we did the driving, bought dinner, etc.

Mrs Friend (and Mrs B) are both crazy about candles, and you can't swing a dead cat in the Poconos without hitting a candle shoppe.

Highlight of the trip:

Mrs Friend also likes the VW bug.  We drove past one on a dealer's lot which was approaching monster-truck proportions (big wheels, about 5 feet off the ground).  We had to stop and take pictures.  (A car dealer on Rt 209, a few miles east of Kresgeville.)

Got home around midnight.

Mrs Friend's question:  "You are going up again, yes?"  I guess so.
