What you need is COD and then play on one of the Tactical Realism servers (there are only a few, if you use the All Seeing Eye game browser you can set up a custom filter to find them), 82nd Airborne is my favorite. It's is friggin sweet, weapons are very deadly, run speed is slowed down, if hit in the arm or leg you can drop your gun or fall down respectively. Once wounded bad enough from shrapnel or the occasional non-fatal bullet hit you will bleed out if a medic doesn't bandage you up pretty quickly, etc. It sounds lame to say it but it really does feel "tactical" the way it's set up, much more so than the standard game. It beats the pants off MOH and even regular COD.
The Total War mod servers aren't bad either for weapon damage and realism, Heat of Battle is another decent mod type, both have a crapload of good servers to play on...
If you like MOH, you should love COD. The engine is way better, maps are cooler, weapons handle better, etc, and if nothing else being able to shoulder your weapon and aim down the sights makes COD far far superior... I haven't played MOH in a couple years (played it a crapload back then though), COD is just way better...
