Hi all,

I'm looking a purchasing a gun safe.  I found a pretty nice Winchester convertible 12/24 for $550.  It has the electronic keypad and 30 minute 1200F fire rating.

Seems like a good price . . . anyone own one and want to comment on it?

I know that they are made by Granite Security.  Pretty decent web site HERE.

Any comments or problems known with this brand?

sounds like a good deal. I have one of the winchester safes that are sold at Sams Club and I'm very happy with it, especially because it was my b'day present from the mrs last year.

I don't see any prices on that site.  Where did you find it for $550?  Does it include shipping?

Nope . . . the safe is at Wallyworld.  One of the sides is a bit scratched up so they are knocking a little off of the price (was $585).

Thanks guys . . . now to just reinforce my floor and drag that bad boy in here.
