Bush cannot legally condemn or support the ad because they are a private organization, and the Campaign Finance Reform law prohibits interaction between candidates and private ads.

Every day, enough rope is let off the spool.
Every day, John Kerry adds another turn to the noose.

It won't be long now before Gloryhound Kerry slips the noose around his own neck.
He's just about done. I give it another month before it's considered unwinnable.

He already condemned it, along with all 527 ads.  But Kerry refuses to condemn his 527 ads.

For shame. Bush is already condemning the attacks. I hope it's a wink-wink "condemnation" so he can appear to be doing the "right thing" to the sheeple while it continues to go on.

Kerry has a lot to answer for and his Swift boat record as well as his post military admissions under oath of war crimes should be discussed. This isn't mud slinging; people just need to know what's up.

The White House has declined to specifically condemn the Swift Boat commercials. It has instead challenged Kerry to join Bush in calling for an end to all ads funded by unrestricted donations, including those questioning Bush's service in the United States in the National Guard during the Vietnam War.
