If you click on the link, it should have a preview section from the current issue. They cover just about everything we talk about here, guns, training, equipment and so forth. I really enjoy getting my issues and you know I wouldn't talk it up if I didnt like it.  I can send you a copy if you want, just have to return it to me later.Just to back up my own support of this, I will give away two subscriptions today to some lucky team members . Later tonight I will draw the names and contact them. To be included in this, just post in my topic in the team forum throughout the day! (Going to go post a topic right now!)

I recommend SWAT magazine as a good source of information on tactical gear and weapons... Not only that, but they also run some GREAT reviews of tactical training offered by one of our industry partners (who is also a good friend of mine), Defensive Edge.
Great magazine with good reviews. |

As a matter of fact I was sitting on the can reading my SWAT magazine this AM .
The article on the new OLY 9mm AR15 type rifle that take only glock mags. was pretty good. Fine gun rag with training tips and gun porn plus Lightfighters new ad in this months issue. I had no idea I was supporting the site too. |

It's early in the morning and only on first cup of joe, so... I went to sign up but didn't see anything in the sign up fill in the blank section that would distingiush my sign up to be part of this ARFCOM drive. Did I just miss something, or are we supposed to just add a comment in the shipping section that would signify ar15.com subscriber?

Once you go through the link in the subject (or click on the image on the homepage of the site) you will be tagged as coming from AR15.Com and will be all set. If you want to include any comments when you sign up, I'm not sure it's even possible. (Haven't gone through the online subscription yet, but I will tonight when I send out susbscriptions!) |

Hey guys, I can vouch for this magazine. It is awesome!! The articles are all well written, and on a variety of subjects. The subjects have ranged from Pat Rogers article on the United States Marine Corps M1911A1 to what supplies to have on hand for a nuclear war. The magazine is a lot more than just eye candy. It has substance. I highly recommend them (and I have no affiliation with the magazine whatsoever).
 I have been going to our local bookstore for the last year and purchasing it there to support them. Since this offer has now arrived, it makes sense for me to get a subscription. Bigfeet Edited to change had to has. |

I wanted to see if we could provide real content, rather than info-ads, and be successful. So far, so good. What's more important is the writers this attitude has attracted: Louis Awerbuck, Pat Rogers, Clint Smith, Jeff Gonzales just to name a few. Beginning the next issue, we'll feature a Shooting Debriefs coulmn, each issue, written by Scott Reitz. Anyone who knows or has trained with Scotty can tell you what he's all about. I'll simply say he's another legend in the industry. For those who want to preview what S.W.A.T. is about, we offer our free download PDF's, S.W.A.T. SnapShots, in the online store. These are full article samples from all previous issues....kind of like a "mini-magazine". Based on the timing of your post and your location, yes, the order went thru. Thanks much. Once you submit your order it goes thru one of them-there high-dollar credit card clearing houses and the screen goes blank for a few seconds until a reply is received. Did I say a few seconds? Ok I'm a little loopy from lack of sleep tonight!
Since we gave out subscriptions to SWAT last night for Team Members, lets now reverse this and give out a few memberships to non-team guys who subscribed or renewed their subscription! If you subscribed, please post in here the time you signed up. (You should have a confirmation email!) I will match that to the list we have and draw a few names for memberships!
