What do you suggest to do about an Ebay powerseller who received my funds via palpay a week ago, but has not communicated about shipping the product (Nikon flash)? Even after three email requests? Amazingly, they have left me positive feedback (I paid right after auction closed).

Any suggestions on how to pursue this problem?

since you are the winning bidder you can get his contact info and call him ,i had to do that once when you ask for it  it will send his and send him yours

Call him and say if it isn't shipped that day, you're going to have paypal, or your credit card, yank the charges.

Just as the other member said.....bigger guys usually have a good system, and will only send you an email if there's a problem, your payment wasn't enough, item out of stock, or if YOU are taking too long to send payment.

If it went via UPS/FEDEX ground, give it 5-7 days, USPS Priority 2-3 days, USPS Parcel Post....10-14 days.

For the most part.....just be patient.

I say, start to worry if it takes more than 2 weeks.....unless its international, then you should give it between 30-45 days.
