Ah, the infamous plate runners.  I can't listen to the police that just call in plates, pretty boring.  My city has many agencies, but I only really listen to Phoenix.  All the subcities are on digital trunked, so no go on picking them up unless I wanna spend major cash on a new radio.

Not listening to anything tonight, just watching the History Channel and surfing this site. I only listen to music when I'm in certain moods. Sometimes that isn't more than once per week. But when I do listen, I may go non-stop all day. I guess I listen to music the way some people drink. LOL.

Yeah, it makes great background music.  I personally only like the NuNRG and uplifting stuff.  The progressive and a few others are not my bag.  The hardest part about it is the variety.  If you wanna try downloading some good live set go to www.tranceaddict.com/livesets.shtml and get busy.

Personally I like NuNRG - Orgasmatron, DJ Tiesto - Club Space, and Paul Van Dyk (any set really).  I'm pretty sure you have broadband.  They DL at about 95 KB/s usually.  Have fun
