I know there must be few of you out there who have not totally succumbed to paranoia...No, BATFE agents aren't out there, just waiting for you to screw that flash hider on, or put a "pre-ban" upper on a "post-ban" lower...SOME of you at lest must have felt that desire, just like when you were a kid at Christmas peeking at the presents, to "test fit" your AWB sunset build together, eh?
Honestly, some of the guys here who were afraid to keep a telestock in the house and instead hid them at their brother's house should do some soul searching and reality spot checking... I'm not asking for names; you know who you are... |

I work for the State of California, but I just make maps. Me no JBT, honest injun! Poll replies cannot be traced! |
Wow, people around here must be jumping for the chance to confess to a Federal Felony and risk 10 years in prison.
I've got 3 or 4 kicking around... |

All of mine are already in pre-ban form. I stack them next to that 60 pounds of pure Columbian that sits in my basement, and the whiskey still.

I only have prebans, except for a Cav lower that I havent got around to getting an upper for.
I will say however that I violated California's assault weapons ban by having a post-ban FAL with pistol grip when I was in the Marine Corps. |

I have jumped the gun, but haven't broken any laws.
I recently paid for two unmarked LEO Colt ARs. My transfer dealer is hanging onto them until it is safe to transfer them to me. NIB 6450 9mm Carbine, and 6721 A3 Tactical Carbine will make nice additions to my humble collection. I paid a slight premium over LEO pricing for the unmarked samples, but I have no desire to have anything marked LEO. If the ban gets extended, I will know where a couple really nice unmarked restricted ARs will be for sale. |
I picked up one on Saturday for $15.00 |

Note my sig line. The first part. It refers to the BATFE searching out those who are a bit too eager to add features to their castrated rifles. CJ |

Slightly off topic, but it has been said that being arrested today for AWB violations and being tried on Sept 14, you broke the law and was arrested while it was in effect so you could still technicly be tried. What about the guy who brags to an undercover cop on Sept 14 that his weapons were always in violation of the AWB. Could he be arrested?

To the New World Order detention camps for internment of American Patriots. |
No, he couldn't. Because the law he broke wouldn't exist anymore. You can't be charged for a law that isn't in the books anymore. |
Thats what I want to know |
Oh yes it does! If you have a registered "post ban" assault weapon in California, come Sept 14 you can add all the evil features you want, It's the law! |
Affirmative! We get a little bit of relief, but not much. |
I bought two lowers the day before the Ban went into effect. I wish I had bought two more lowers before I bought those two lowers, then I wish I had bought two more
Could you please post a higher rez version of those fingerprints. I couldn't match them to the database. |

FUCK OFF!!! some people! |
BTW anybody got 45 round AK74 magazines they wanna sell before the ban dies?
Living in the land of no sunset , the thought has never crossed my mind
Being as how the ban dies on the 13th, I would say YES, I am planning on jumping the gun on the 14th.
There. Fixed it for you... |
I bought a lower, and a pre-ban kit...however, they are in two seperate locations. I don't want to become the "Dumbass" that tried to get away with it, and got caught.
We are so close, it would be like a prisoner escaping a day prior to release....just because he was set to be released, doesn't make his escape allowable, it just made him a guest of the state for another 5-10 years. |
Jumping the gun is easy. Just lay it on the floor and jump over it.
IS that what you mean? |
I jumped the gun. I have some magazines on order. They won't be in my posession until 9/13.
Just some speedloaders for your .38 |
