We went to bed around midnight, sleeping by 1am. Woke up at 400 am. Not being able to sleep like a sloth sucks.

Asleep at 8, awake at 11 back to sleep, awake again at 2, not sure if I went back to sleep, up at 5.
In bed for 9 hours, how many I slept I don't know.  Just forgot, took a nap at 11 this morning until 12:30.
Retired life is great. It is what it is.

Usually in bed by 11 and wake up around 5 or 5:30.  I can't wait until my 2-year old daughter starts sleeping past 6.

I remember looking at the time on my phone was around 2:30am, but was still busy looking up camera stuff and tracking on a scope for the next 10 or 15 minutes before putting it down. Woke up a little before 9am because my dog wanted go outside, so a little more than 6 hours of sleep this morning.

On a good night 7, on a bad night 4. Usually, 5 or 6. I'm retired and hike during the day. Maybe take afternoon naps (40 minutes?), about twice a week. Often it seems like I can only stay asleep in 2 hour increments. I remember the good old days when I was working, would go to bed at 8pm-10pm, wake up 4:30am - 6am.

Always broken sleep. Wife too.

In bed at 11, up at 2. Back to sleep at 3, up at 4. Back to sleep at 5, up at 6 for good.

Sometimes it’s worse. Sleep maybe 1 or 2 hours. Wife is the same.

I don’t know how we function sometimes.

Went to bed around 5am and "slept" for a whopping one hour then took a three hour nap around 12pm.

I sleep like shit and can't fall asleep like some lucky people can. I've had lots of nights where I just lay in bed trying to fall asleep for hours to no avail, then just give up.

I somehow feel better seeing these numbers. 7 hrs last night. Many nights wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep for hours. Or like this morning, wake up before my alarm goes off.
