No worries, people in CO will just ignore it all. Or so I'm being told in another thread.
I was told that legalized marijuana means an expansion in ALL other freedoms.
Sad, but not surprising. We've been expecting this for a few years now. With the marxists in Denver FIRMLY in charge, you can expect Colorado to quickly turn into the next CA, NY, or IL within the next 5-10 years.
I'm surprised it took them this long.
But hey, we've got legal marijuana and maybe mushrooms soon. |
Now that Colorado is firmly in camp totalitarianism, how much longer does Arizona have? :(
They're coming for us all, eventually. They just invaded the "pretty" places first (beaches are all gone, so now it's on to mountains). |
Man, I'd be really upset about that if I gave one flying fuck about the illegal "bills" they think they can pass to limit my rights.
So you cannot possess an "assault weapon" so is the State giving you fair market value under the takings clause as ruled by the USSC years ago.
Kind of like when they take your land. |
Wow.
Thirty years ago Colorado passed TABOR. Taxpayer's Bill of Rights. Placed a lot of restrictions on the state gov. And now, well on its way to becoming another blue state shithole. |
But it doesn't prevent mass shootings, so what's the point? Dumbasses.
That's a weird place.
I don't intend to ever go back (no offense to our CO members) |

View Quote Calm down, Mr SAFE Act. |

Time to do something about these insurrectionist legislators.
Time for SCOTUS to issue arrest warrants for contempt of constitution. |
We should all take note, because at some point every single state will fall if we don't take a stand very soon.
LOL,
Of course the first fucking tweet from RMGO is send money... |
Rap Sheet Rhonda was the sponsor of the magazine ban in 2012.
She is a convicted felon (bad checks/ forgery) and is a prohibited person. |
Oh wow so it's extra illegal to commit a crime (presumably assault/ battery/murder) if you use an "assault" weapon.
Oooooh that will show them. |

Marijuana industry is imploding no one is moving here for weed

I’ll add this to my list of laws I refuse to enforce should it pass.

Quoted: Yeah I wonder about AZ. The super liberal Salt Lake City paper is pushing an awb but that won't go anywhere in UT (yet, course the state's population is more and more from CA) View Quote The lib pos governor didn't mention guns at all. She knows better. Who knows what the future holds? At least at this point the Dims are terrified of gun control. Easy way to lose reelection. |
1. I'm not leaving
2. I won't be obeying this gun law either ?? |

Quoted: Quoted: I was told that legalized marijuana means an expansion in ALL other freedoms. and it would reduce crime as well just lulling everyone into a sense of highness/complacency while they moved other chess pieces into place. |

The super liberal Salt Lake City paper is pushing an awb but that won't go anywhere in UT (yet, course the state's population is more and more from CA) View Quote For now at least the republicans control both the AZ house and senate, so it's unlikely such a bill would get out of committee. Most of the election corruption is in Maricopa and Pima counties and not the rest of the state, so I would expect that would slow the legislative encroachment. Also the (R)s outside of those two counties are far less likely to be GOPe supporters. They really need to fix the elections, though. If that does get fixed you'll see a significant shift to the right, which is why they'll work to stop it -- but the courts will probably be in play and if anyone does a registration challenge like what happened in WI the vote riggers are going have some big problems. |
