glad to see we have a nice turnout here in colo. I heard it on the local news, the name was, sounded like topco, from grand junction. they are to rebuild them 16's to accurize them and be more reliable.Sorry, I was running the milling machine at the time and only caught part of the news. Keep the faith! [-!-]

What are you milling? How about milling some
inexpensive RAS units?

they will be replacing the uppers with a2's as well as change the barrel and front sights.
sounds like they will be taking off the a-1 uppers and going to a-2's
there was also a mention about making them more accurate written in the small article in tues shlocky mountain news.

JohnM is correct!  It's Capco Incorporated, 1328 Winters Ave., Grand Junction, CO.  (970)243-8750.  They will be building rifles from the ground up.... not simply refurbishing!

If there are any slave laborers out there that are working for Ruger in Prescott, you might want to fire your resume off to these folks.  They will be hiring in the near future.

Good point Waldo.  I have nothing against Minority and Women owned businesses, but I would rather see Free Markets prevail.  Let the company that makes the best product win the contract.
