Reservists (probably 60% of the male population) will get a chance to serve again! If they neglect their chance, Wagner will come by and give them a second chance. Once deployed, a 10 year prison sentence for surrender as well (based on a new law passed last week). And your family gets nothing because you are a criminal.

A nationwide draft to send Sons, Brothers and Fathers to die on foreign soil for political reasons always works out well. Vietnam was a perfect example. When you have to resort to a draft to get enough men to fight you have a problem.
