I only raise an eyebrow when our government is spending trillions on something anymore and even then only for a minute.

if it's actually weapons going and they aren't ending up in russian hands or some other terrorist group then they are probably at least actually getting used for their intended purposes.

Someone needs to tell me how the money for bribes is made when a weapon in US inventory is shipped over there. It’s a largely cash free transaction. I don’t approve of economic aid, personally, but this isn’t that.
