Not sure how many you can fit in a 50 cal can but heres the place to get the clips and guides. Many guys here have done business with him and have heard nothing bad about him.

I don't know the answer, but maybe I will try it tomorrow.
Bandoleers and etc are available at Fred's Stocks.([email protected]) $6 per bandoleer & $1 per 10 clips.
Dillon also sells .223 SS109 loaded in clips in bandoleers.
I like to keep my ammo in bandoleers.

Rather than count all those rounds out by hand, it is simpler to weight the can and calculate the num,ber of rounds from the weight.
