Others, the municipal PD has their sworn officers also enforce city codes and ordinances.

Just as an addition to this. In MI, DNR Parks and Recreation Rangers (different than game wardens/CO's) have powers of arrest and detention, although they are not fully certified police officers. There powers are applicable in State Property, in accordance to DNR director's orders.

Same with State Police Motor Carrier Officers (Commercial enforcement). Not full police officers, but have powers of arrest when it comes to job related duties. (Traffic related mostly, and certain felonies)

To get even more complicated, some security guards in MI have powers of arrest. So called "Security Police" even though again they are not actual LEOs.

When my Trump 2020 flag was up my black garage truck driver all of a sudden “forgot” to pick up my garbage.  Several weeks in a row I had to call for a missed pick up, which means they have to investigate to decide if they charge me or not.  I explained after the third week in a row I was tired of this shit, I’m the only one on the street he “forgets”, and I’m the only one with a Trump flag.  It stopped.
