Debated going after scoring 1800 rds of 7.62x39 for $5/box last week but glad I did. Canton Texas this time, got all this for $150.00 cash. Press alone is worth that. New never used. 38/357 dies are missing the seater stem some how but scale, measure and press are GTG. Bday present for my son this year who just got into reloading and has been using my gear.Attachment Attached File

Scorage.  Just broke out my reloading gear to womp up a batch of .45 Colt.  Ain't payin' no $60 for a box of 50.

Good buy.  That's $500 worth there.  Plus, super duty ear cleaning q-tips.

Pretty much what came in the old kits. They don't include as much in the new kits. I like the old press better anyway because I could see the die to shell holder better when setting them up. Can't remember what they cost. 200 range I think.

If those are RCBS dies, they will replace whatever parts you need for free.

Better than what I saw today at a small local show. I was in and out in 16 minutes. I offended one vender when a laughed out loud at his National Ordnance 1903a3 with a $1070.00 price tag. He informed me that was a reasonable price for that rifle. I said for a GI rifle, sure, but not for a parts gun built on a receiver of questionable quality.

Also, who the fuck is driving up the price of S&W Model 10 revolvers? When people are asking $500 for one with no finish and a heavily pitted bore, things are getting out of hand.

Have you not noticed inflation?  The pandemic scare added several million new shooters as well, a lot of those folks bought revolvers b/c they were the only guns to be had at the time.

Good job OP. Arfcom loves to s**t on gun shows, but I still find decent deals.

GD would shit on a free, all-expenses paid trip to SHOT Show.  I've gotten 261000 views on my 5 year North Texas gunshow thread.  Even one of the promoters views my little blog, and she's making good money.  Gun shows are in good health, @ least in Texas.

I haven't seen anything like that at any gun show since the early nineties.  Nice!  The ones where I used to live (and probably here as well) had become nothing more than Chinese flea markets with a few firearms thrown in.

I wonder if people might be unloading some of that stuff because of the supply shortages?

When prices get high enough some folks sell their spare guns and ammo.
