I grew up wearing jewelry. Bracelets, necklaces, and rings. It is a Cuban thing. My Father did it, my Grandfather did it, etc, etc, etc . . .

But in my travels in the US, I see that men's fashion is very regional and male jewelry isn't a thing in some parts of thr country.

I want a nice thick figaro or Cuban link chain with a cross…last time I had a chain was around 17 and I lost it while working…still upset to this day about it…

Nope.
Would not have my hands or be dead if I wore jewelry.

My folks had it made for me, for my 18th birthday.

Besides a gold wedding ring and a watch, that’s it.

I wear my Great-grandfather's ring.

It was a gift from his wife on their honeymoon, and he wore it from 1906, until his death in 1947. My father, who was 15 at the time, wore it until his death in 2013. At that point it passed to me, and I've worn it ever since.

We've all worn it on the middle-finger of our right hands.

Do another poll, OP.  Break it down by religious denomination & ethnicity.  WASPs, as a rule, don't wear much other than wedding rings.  Rusted Ace, for example, conflates his culture w/ masculinity.  Think you'll find some strong cultural correlations that match the certainties expressed in this thread.

I suppose some would call it that -

$390 for the watch, new, 37 years ago.
$10 for the ring, 32 years ago.

I am a mechanic so nothing on hands or wrists. I have a tattoo of my wedding ring. My family went to Virginia Beach this summer. My wife went shopping and asked if I wanted anything. I jokingly said a "shark tooth necklace". I have been wearing it the whole time because I don't know how to take it off.

Yes. I have a big fat Cuban link sterling silver chain, and I will always wear some kind of wrist watch or another.  And there's the wedding ring.

Dog tags, family crest/seal ring, and watch doesn't really count as wearing jewelry...

Anything else and I would consider it jewelry. The above are exempt in my mind. Maybe school ring.
