I haven't shot a gun in two years. Partly because of time constraints, and partly because of the ammo shortage.

I need to change that.

When was the last time you had some range fun?

At least once a week, shoot as much as I want.  Large stash and I reload.

Yesterday.  I was telling myself that I need to slow down between shots but I never listen.

I stop at my spot at least two times a week, unless the fire restrictions are in effect

I either shoot my truck gun or my carry pistol

About a month ago after picking up my new 365 XL. It's now my favorite CCW. Sold my 43x with no regerts

I'll admit I'm not shooting anywhere near as much as I'd like to.

One of my sons and I shot Monday.
Been a while for me, so was nice to get out.

Put a few hundred rounds downrange yesterday morning.

Really need to start shooting more. I keep telling myself to, just never get around to it.

I went to the range last week.  Prior to that it has been months and months.

Just find yourself a box of cheap bulk .22lr and your favorite .22 and go plink at old shotgun hulls and whatever else is at the range.  Don't try to shoot for groups. Don't try to shoot for time.  Just go burn some cheap ammo and have a nice time outside.

I put 30 9mm rounds downrange at my IL CCW renewal "class" last week.

1st time since sometime in 2019.

Last time I shot a gun was maybe 5 months ago.  But I haven't had any "range time", just going out and shooting all I want, in years.  Part of it is we moved from Texas to Indiana this year and we don't have our own place at the moment and the other part is having two young kids that have to be watched all the time.  My free time has shrunken to almost non existence these past couple of years.  But I'm sitting on thousands and thousands  of rounds of .22 and I just bought a new Mark IV so I need to get out and shoot some shit soon.

When ammo was available everywhere, I shot a lot.

When it got scarce I went into conservation mode and lost interest in shooting and picked up other hobbies.

This morning. I go shooting at least five times a week. ( I’m retired ) I have my own outdoor range.

Shooting 50 rounds of .22 almost every week indoors. Shot 50 rounds of trap yesterday. Can't get to the outdoor range very often.

It’s been longer for me. Mostly because Bs Ca gun laws and it’s been hard to buy ammo since the online ban and background check for ammo.
Have a brand new G17 and never shot it. Won’t be able to replace the ammo I shoot

Probably several months ago. Constraints in order:
1) Time
2) Fire season and I don't feel like dealing with RSOs and Fudds
3) ammo prices

Been a couple years here too. Between having a kid and ammo prices, it's been too long. My accuracy has gone to shit too, it really is a perishable skill. The one time I shot a couple months ago it was bad. Ugh. Need to get back to it now more than ever.

I’m at about two years myself actually. Now I live in the Keys so shooting opportunities are a bit scarce to say the least.

Was in the same boat up until recently. Not digging into the zombie stash so buying everything I'm shooting. Handguns. It's expensive but so is going to the bar.

Maybe get yourself a CO2 cartridge BB pistol.
You can probably find one that is a copy of your favorite handgun and would have features like blowback.
Mostly the BBs are not hard to find and they come in tubes of 6000 for something like $10.

1-3 times a week. Even through the vid. Buy cheep and stack deep. But my ammo fort is not nearly as large as others. Used to dump 300+ a time. Now down to 50-60 rds. Per caliber that I bring. (Typically 9/45, 5.56, 308/300wm) I’m a poor, but when you make it a priority, then it becomes life

This spring I made it out a couple times to break in my very first parts AR I put together exactly the way I wanted it.    Need to go out again to finish properly bore sighting it, but heavy rains around here kind of washed out the road to our gun club range, and made the bugs awful.    Still want to get out again soon, not only for the sighting, but to test out a lot of new magazines I've stockpiled.

I went out to the desert about 2 months ago. Played with my cheapo Savage Axis (6.5Creed) and a pistol. Maybe 150 rounds through the pistol and 20 or so through the rifle. Short day but worth every sweaty dehydrated minute and the stupid long drive.

Not sure exactly.

I bought a KAC in March 2020 that I haven't shot yet, so before then.

Now only when I have time off from work , which means months between range sessions. Weekends are usually busy with things that need to get done or down time from work.

I did process some .308 brass this past weekend. ??

July 4, had to break out the 1911 for the occasion for an IDPA match. If I didn't get to shoot a match of some sort at least once a month, preferably twice, I would lose my freaking mind

I slowed down but never stopped. Definitely shot the AK rifles in 7.62x39 a whole lot more the past year. It paid to stock up when it was 20 cents per round delivered.

When brass cased 5.56 drops to under 50 cents per round delivered, im going to pick up 1k just to burn up.

Almost the same as the OP.

Between time, the lockdown, and trying to get over the lingering effects of the covid crap, I just haven't gotten to the range.

The range bag has been sitting in the kitchen for the past week, so hopefully I'll finally get there in the next week or so.

Last summer I put 30 rounds through my freshly rebuilt AR and a mag through my carry gun.
That's probably all I've shot in 2 years myself.
Time and ammo shortage.

I put 120 rounds of 7.62X39 through my new Palmeto KS47 worked perfect
150 Rounds of Tula through my SIG M400 11.5 Pistol.
Son put 300 Rounds of Tula through his 11.5 upper with an FN barrel both work perfect.

10 rounds of 325 grain Revolution 45-70 through his new 1874 replica he bought for 500 bucks. It was an older Uberti with a fery small butt.

I shoot a lot of big rifles and pistols with no compliants. Holy shit 2 was all I wanted from that thing even with the lighter ammo.

300 rounds through my MP15-22 pistol. That thing is fun. I now want a centerfire AR with an 8 inch barrel.
