Basicaly he (a reserve deputy, firearms instructor) ran the local sheriffs web site for nothing for three years. When he couldn't afford to do it anymore he asked the sheriff to pick up the cost. The sheriff said no. He offered to sell the domain name. Sheriff said no. Pissing contest escalated until he billed the sheriff for the money for 3 years and threatened to shut the web site down.The sheriff threatened him so he shut the website down. The sheriff got the prosecutor to charge him with extortion.

The prosecutor happens to be under federal indictment for bribery. The sheriff's father, the previous sheriff is in prison for rape.

It is a civil matter at best but he is getting screwed and needs some help. Go to ....
