Which compact ACOG do you like?

I am thinking about mounting a compact ACOG to my AR10 SOF. With so many choices of magnification and reticles, not to mention tritium colors, I was wondering what experiences anyone has had with them.

I'm a fan of the 3x24 with either the red or amber crosshair.

For an AR10, I would think a full sized 4x would be the ticket.

I have a 3X amber triangle. I zeroed the tip of the triangle at 100 yards. I use the entire triangle like a dot sight at closer ranges.
