EDITORIAL NOTE:  LiveFreeOrDieNH will now be known as LFODNH for the rest of this game.

The score is now LFODNH 3 points and the rest of the board zero (0) !!

At this rate the game will not have to go to all 10 quizzes.

Puzzle # 4.

The family gathering consists of Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Brother, Sister, Cousin, Nephew, Niece, Uncle and Aunt.  Only two men and two women are present.  They have a common ancestor, and there has been no consanguine marriage.  Explain.

(I love essay questions !!!)

Bonus point for ANYONE who supplies the definition of consanguine.  I honestly do not know the definition of that word.

consanguine --- Connected by or as if by kinship or common origin.

Basically, marrying your sister.

That is all for tonight.  Same time tomorrow night I will post more quizzes.  Gotta' go Mother's Day Shopping with the kids.

Then gotta' get home and make me some hardball ammo for shooting tomorrow (after all the MD hoopla)

consanguine means sharing a common ancestor.  in this i guess it would mean there were no incestuous marriages.

man_1: father of man_2

woman_1: sister of man_1 mother of woman_2

that's father, mother, son and daughter.  and man_1 and woman_1 are brother and sister.  man_2 is nephew to woman_1  wioman_2 is niece to man_1

man_1 and woman_1 are aunt, uncle respectively to each other's kids

woman1 and woman2 are cousins.
