I just received some more pictures from my buddy "Shawn" in Afghanistan...
Here they are along with some of the text from the accompanying e-mail:
"The one picture with our coffee, sugar and ammo cabinet is great. That cabinet is about 5 feet from my bed. I thought the camel's was funny to. There were kids riding on the camels and the jackass'. The people herding them are called nomads. They migrate north for the summer to sell their stock of sheep and lamb. The old tanks is the junk yard is proof positive that even idiots can blow things up with little to no technology. There are old tanks like that as far as the eye can see in some places. If you look closely it gives a whole new meaning to chop shop. They even striped the tracks and wheels off of them."
