I kind of wanted to know what to expect. Y.E.S. stands for Youth Education Summit...from what I do know, we learn about government and that sort of thing. Pretty cool that it's free, I just need to have enough money to get down there (and back, hopefully!). "Down there" is in D.C., hopefully we'll meet congress(wo)men (and just maybe Ron Paul....). Have any of you guys attended, or been involved with it? I don't know how long the program has been going on, so maybe it didn't exist when you old farts still had hair .

It has certainly been around 5 or six years maybe more.  You will have a great time in D.C. visiting historic sites and hopefully meeting people.  I know a kid who went 4 or 5 years ago and he really enjoyed it.  Congratulations!
