Yesterday they held the Indiana Primary elections.  For the first time in any one's memory, they ran out of votes and had to print more as fast as they could.  We have an automated system now where the voter fills out a sheet of choices and feeds it into a scanner.  Anyway, the votes that were in the shortest supply?  Republicans!  They had record turnouts for almost every county.  It was even ahead of some recent general elections.  Maybe there is hope after all.

Of course that's because so many Republican held offices and central committee precincts are being contested right now all across America.
