Awesome!
Love my S&W500. I bought one shortly after they came out, having grown up on stout 44 mag. The only ammo available at purchase was some Buffalo Bore, maybe 350 or 400gr. Dad, my brother and I took it to the range and tested its destructive capability. Dad and I shot 50 yd falling plate competitively so we had our own targets for practice. We set the 8" square plate at the 50 yd berm. This was 1/2" plate compressed as diamond plate to 3/8" thickness. The first round to make contact caught the plate in the upper left corner about 2" down from top and 2" left of the right edge. There was a 1/2" diameter pock mark about an 1/8" deep in the face. It curved the corner back about 1". The target was found about 25' behind the berm.'' There was a noticeable recoil action between shooting from a rest and shooting from a standing/unrested position. Well past 90 degrees when rested and seated. More of a push and 20 degree deflection when standing. Worked out a load using 350gr Hornady XTP. I have taken a few whitetail with it over the years. Love it. |

I fell apart on that one. The sliding it in part wasn't scripted.

You dudes should come to one of my Cheesecake HTF partys, the shenanigans would provide plenty of footage
I hope Ed Sr. gets settled in and makes our spring schindig. |

The dude in the lime green shirt reminds me of hound a little bit.
Do you remember hound? I didn't think so. |

I thought for a second that Tequila Bob's "ARFCOM FEAR FACTOR" final challenge video had surfaced once again. Won't lie, I clicked on the thread on the off chance such was the case so I could witness another generation traumatized by his little snack at the end. |

View Quote Lol, I was just cleaning a hard drive from an old computer and ran into a few of Tequila Bob's Fear Factor videos and one from Echo6. Date stamp was August 2003. Just searched Fear Factor on here and saw your post. |
