How boring/bad is free agency going to be?
MLB is claiming they lost 3 billion in revenue. Franchises across MLB have made cuts across the board and Manfred wants to cut the minor leagues as much as possible. And, the CBA is up after next season. If the last three years are any indication, the renegotiation is going to be vindictive and public |
