It was the Judenrat, or Jewish Council which was a group of Jews that enacted the german laws in the ghettos. They made up the lists of who were to be shipped off to the death camps.

Other nasty ones were the kapos, who were prisoners chosen by the SS to head work gangs of other prisoners. They were usually criminals to begin with, brutalized other prisoners and were given better treatment by the nazis.

It just goes to show that even in your own group there will be those who will work against you.

The nazi's were anal about everything.  They had dozens of different symbols for:

Political offender
Social offender
Kriminal
Anti Social behavior offender
Religious offender
Jew
Socialist

etc.  Each different class had it's own "patch," shaped like a triangle.  Let's say a political prisoner was a blue triangle (can't remember which was which), and they were also a jew.  They would get a 1/2 blue, 1/2 yellow Star of David.  If you were a political homosexual, you'd have a 1/2 pink, half blue star, etc.

Looking down the first vertical row is the classification for "Political", 3rd vertial row is for "Immigrant", 4th row is for "bible thumpers", and the last vertical row is for "Social Misfits." (I believe, German, anyone, anyone?)

You can see that the 4th horizontal row is reserved for the Juden, or Jews, and at the bottom left, black and red triangle is for the Poles.  Hey, bet you didn't realize the Poles were almost as despised as the Jews huh?

Of course, we must keep in mind that Dachau was a "political prison" early on and became a "death camp" later.  So what you see here is somewhat prior to the "final solution."  Current Germany goes out of their way to show you that they were equal opportunity oppressors and didn't only gang up on the Jews.  Geez, the whole thing just seems so cold.

For what I remember, among the first ones was the Pope, who ordered to all the Jews of the ghetto in Rome, to put the yellow magen David on their clothes, otherwise they're not so easily recognizable when out of the ghetto.

So he puts them all in a Ghetto, then has every man executed and sails the women and children to Normandy.  But he waits until there is a big storm before he sails the ships and they all sink.  He wiped out every known Jew in England.  Afterwards, the Pope gave him a commondation and a huge reward in gold for such a service to Humanity.

There have been more than 20 such purgings of Jews from Europe in the last 1,000 years.  I guess it's because many of the tax collectors and bankers were Jewish.  Now we can just file BK.

A note to the foregoing - while the Nazis were busy rounding up the 'homosexuell' men, female homosexuals were pretty much left alone.  Laws against homosexual conduct were exclusively directed against men, not women.

martin luther  founder of lutherin church was the first. He made them wear yellow circles and concieved the ghetto.Look it up. It is Ironic that the great civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.  was named after the greatest racist of the old world. I have many friends who are jewish, so don`t start the hate monger shit on me.At the risk of being none PC [puke]. At the higher levels of jewish society there seems to be a coordinated effort tward conspiracy. The jews always seem to be painted as victims, (by themselves/media). Could it be that unethical practices and usury has resulted in the ruination of many societies and curtain elements within those societies have grouped jews stereotypicly as a solution? Seems strange that economly and politicly that for hundreds of years, that both sides of all the major and some of the minor conflicts in the world have been controlled and financed by the same global financiers`. Think it safe to say that at least some will feed on their own as well as others.
